It is sent after the payment clears.

Nothing is taken from the shelf until the card payment has gone through. The price you see at the basket is the price you pay. Delivery is included in that price.

The time depends on the piece. Some are already in Britain. Some are sent from further away. At checkout you are shown a range for what is in the basket. That range is the one to trust, not a guess of next day.

We post to United Kingdom addresses. A real postcode is required. You can check out as a guest, or with an account if you want to see the order again later.

If a piece arrives broken, or it is the wrong piece, use the returns page within 30 days and include a photograph. A change of mind, or the wrong size, is not a return.
