What we keep, and why.

To send an order we keep the name, address, postcode, email, and phone number you type at checkout. That is so the parcel can be addressed and so we can write to you about that order.

The card payment is handled by Stripe. The card number stays with them. We keep a record that the payment happened, the amount, and the order number.

If you make an account, we keep the email and the orders tied to it, so you can look at them again. A guest order is kept against that email and phone for that one order.

We do not sell the list. We do not use it for a newsletter. The shop remembers a basket on this browser, and whether you are logged in, so you do not have to start again.

To ask about an order, use the returns page and the order number. That is the way to reach the shop.
