Rowan Supply sells to customers in the United Kingdom. Prices are in pounds. The price at checkout is the full price, with delivery included.

Payment is taken by card through Stripe. We do not see the card number. The order is placed only after that payment has cleared. If it cannot be sent within 24 hours, the payment is refunded.

Delivery times are shown for the basket before you pay. They are a range, not a promise of the next day. The piece is sent to the address you give. Check the postcode before you pay.

If it arrives broken or it is the wrong piece, tell us within 30 days of arrival, with a photograph, on the returns page. We send a replacement when the case is accepted. You post it back only if we ask. A change of mind, or ordering the wrong size, is not covered.

The photographs show the piece. A table, a sofa, or a phone in a picture is not part of the order unless the description says it is.
